Southeastern Area Blood Bankers (SEABB) invites you to participate in our 2018 annual meeting!

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

We encourage all attendees and vendors to make reservations for overnight stays during the meeting at the Westin Atlanta using the SEABB booking link by clicking HERE.  Room rates are $139/night and are available at this rate if booked by February 12, 2018.

 

REGISTRATION:

Vendor registration is now available for the 2018 SEABB Annual Meeting.  If you have any questions prior to registering, please contact John Andrews at vendors.seabb@gmail.com

Vendor Registration

  • Registration is for 2 representatives and includes one 6-foot table, two chairs and vendor name card. If you are planning to have a large instrument or need an additional table, you must purchase two booth registrations.
    Price: $625.00 Quantity:
  • If you have more than 2 representatives attending, please list their names and email here. Each additional representative costs $20.
  • Please indicate below if you will need to be close to an electrical outlet. SEABB is not responsible for providing electrical extension cords but we will arrange for your booth to be close to an outlet. If you have specific electrical needs, please contact the hotel to make arrangements.
  • We value the support of our vendors and appreciate your contributions. If you are able to provide any of the following, please indicate here and an SEABB Board member will contact you.
