We encourage all attendees and vendors to make reservations for overnight stays during the meeting at the Hampton Inn. Mention SEABB when calling to make your reservations. Hotel reservations must be made by February 16th to receive discount.

REGISTRATION

Vendor registration is now available for the 2025 SEABB Annual Meeting. Meeting costs this year is $750 a table if you register and pay online or by check by January 31, 2025. After that date, price increases to $800. If you have any questions prior to registering, please contact pamela.inglese@redcross.org.

Booth Registration: Quantity*
Registration is for 2 representatives and includes one 6-foot table, two chairs and vendor name card. If you are planning to have a large instrument or need an additional table, you must purchase two booth registrations. Register and PAY prior to January 31st at a discounted price of $750. After January 31st vendor registration is $800.
