REGISTRATION

Vendor registration is now available for the 2020 SEABB Annual Meeting.  Register and pay online or by check by March 4, 2020.   Discount rate of $650 available until January 7, 2020; after that date, price increases to $700.  If you have any questions prior to registering, please contact Lisa Anderson at vendors.seabb@gmail.com

1.  Complete the online registration form.

  • Registration is for 2 representatives and includes one 6-foot table, two chairs and vendor name card. If you are planning to have a large instrument or need an additional table, you must purchase two booth registrations. Register and PAY prior to January 7th at a discounted price of $650. After January 7th and before March 4, 2020 vendor registration is $700.

  • If you have more than 2 representatives attending, please list their names and email here. Each additional representative costs $25.
  • Please indicate below if you will need to be close to an electrical outlet. SEABB is not responsible for providing electrical extension cords but we will arrange for your booth to be close to an outlet. If you have specific electrical needs, please contact the hotel to make arrangements.
  • We value the support of our vendors and appreciate your contributions. If you are able to provide any of the following, please indicate here and an SEABB Board member will contact you.
